Formation & Discipleship

“One who is taught the word must share all good things with the one who teaches.”

~ Galatians 6:6

St. Michael’s is committed to providing Christian Formation for all ages. We begin with the nurturing of the smallest members of our church family in our childcare program and continue through the years of early childhood, middle school and high school through an engaging and instructive curriculum on Sunday mornings. We also offer evening opportunities for growth and fellowship in our St. Michael’s Youth Group program.

Adult Formation/Discipleship is a very important part of life at St. Michael’s and includes Sunday morning, weekday evening, and early morning opportunities for growth through small groups, lectures, and Bible studies.

Childcare is often provided for adult programs throughout the week. Check with specific programs for more details.

Education for Ministry (EfM)

Education for Ministry (EfM) is a unique four-year distance learning certificate program in theological education based upon small-group study and practice. EfM offers an opportunity to discover how to respond to the call to Christian service. We have two class options available, which run from January-December with a break in the summer.
